3 Key Rights Every Child Is Entitled To

• Right to Education (Art. 28–29)

Every child has the right to free and compulsory primary education and accessible secondary education.

• Right to Health (Art. 24)

Every child has the right to the highest attainable standard of health, including access to medical services, clean water, and nutritious food.

• Right to Rest, Play, and Culture (Art. 31)

Children have the right to rest, leisure, play, and participation in cultural life and the arts.
